Q Is its assembly difficult?

A Our products are easy to assemble, usually 2-3 steps to assemble, we can also provide assembly video to help you quickly assemble and use.
Q How is a high-velocity fan different from a regular one?

A
The main difference between a high-velocity fan and a regular one is the power each one is known for. Smaller fans are fine for small areas, like bedrooms or small offices, giving you some airflow at lower capacities. High-velocity fans are much more powerful, with stronger motors and higher CFM rates. They can cool down larger rooms in very little time, giving you more airflow on the lowest setting than a regular fan can do on its highest speed.
Q How loud are such fans?

A In most cases, the larger the high-velocity fan is, the more powerful the airflow will be. Both of these factors contribute to the noise level these models produce. Of course, the more modern products are actually designed to stay below a certain decibel level, making them much quieter than fans sold years ago. Most of the high-velocity fans on the market are about as loud as a white noise machine, even on their highest speed settings, so you likely won’t be too disturbed by them, unless you are extremely sensitive to noise.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in the material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year after the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover transit damages. This warranty does not apply to damages from accident, misuse, alteration of any kind to the fan or where the connected voltage is more than above the nameplate voltage. This warranty does not apply to the finish on any portion of the product. Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid. The warranty is not responsible for damages of any kind, including accident and consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of the incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:

Power failure

Damage in transit or when moving the appliance

Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses

Accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of the appliance such as using non-approved accessories, inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures)

Use in commercial or industrial applications

Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility or acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, etc

Use of force or damage caused by external influences

Partially or completely dismantled appliances

Return / Refund Policy

Most items, if unused, can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, with return shipping expenses deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Locate Your Order: Go to the 'Orders' section and find the order containing the item you wish to return.

Request a Return: Click on 'Request Return' next to the item and follow the prompts to complete the return request form.

Shipping the Item Back

Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the return label provided (if prepaid) or use the shipping address provided in the return authorization email.

Retain your shipping receipt as proof of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate the desired item in your return request form. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
